Categories of Awards

The Middle East Business Achievement Awards will honour regional professionals in nine Award categories. The categories have been developed after detailed industry and market consultation, and will recognise the great challenges overcome in what has been a difficult marketplace in 2009.

Honouring a company that has risen to the challenge of committing to Corporate Social Responsibility now and in the future

Best Small Business of the Year Award 
Awarded to a business that has enjoyed commercial success to levels that are outstanding for the size of it’s operations and demonstrates sustainable growth

Best Family Business of the Year Award
Presented to a family run organisation with continuous business success, an agile strategic approach and multi-generational family involvement

Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 
This award recognises the regions best and brightest entrepreneur, based on their unwavering spirit and business acumen, celebrating their ability to be creator of innovations, jobs and the wealth of tomorrow 

Businessman and Businesswoman of the Year Award 
Awarded to those pioneers who have founded a business, led a company to great success or expertly managed a company during these difficult economic times, through unique thinking and the unrelenting pursuit of excellence
