Entrepreneur of the Year Award 

This category is for a Middle East based business individual who best demonstrates exceptional vision and leadership in the establishment and development of an organisation or a major business unit. The Award will highlight the region's best and brightest entrepreneur, recognising their innovative spirit and business acumen and how they will be the creators of innovations, jobs and the wealth of tomorrow. The nominee must be an owner/manager of a public or private company who is primarily responsible for the recent performance of the business. He or she must be an active member of senior management.

Judges will be awarding marks for:

1) Impressive leadership and visionary skills
2) An unique and innovative strategy is used
3) Effective use of initial resources
4) Market share performance and future growth prospects
