Recommended Employer of the Year Award

The Middle East organisation recognised with this Award will demonstrate the provision of a stimulating and supportive workplace. Qualifiers of this Award are required to demonstrate how its people development strategies and policies have created a committed, motivated and effective workforce, with special focus from the period beginning April 2007. Companies must be able to explain or measure how effective they are in providing a workplace that engages the intellectual and emotional commitment of their employees. Plus, how the CEO aligns the organisations people to its strategy. 

The judges will be awarding points for examples of:

1) Good working relationship between all levels within the organisation
2) Uniqueness of HR development strategy and policies
3) Healthy levels of autonomy
4) Stated clear values of the organisation
