Best Family Business of the Year Award

The Middle East organisation recognised with this Award will be evaluated based on business success, longevity, profitability, positive family and business linkage, multi-generational family involvement, dynamic contributions to community and industry, and innovative business practices or strategies.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate sustainable growth and commercial success to levels that are outstanding for the size of the applicants operations. The business must currently be run by at least one family member and at least one other family member must work for the business.

Judges will be awarding marks for:

1) Successful growth of the company over a given period
2) Efficient use of resources at hand
3) Positive linkage and involvement between family and business
4) Innovative practices and strategy
