 Tariq is a CEO, Entrepreneur, Consultant/Director & Media Professional
Tariq Qureishy is currently the Founder & CEO of Vantage Group, which includes a Strategic Consultancy portfolio, New Media Communication companies & Broadcasting interests. He is on the Board of Intel Capital in Middle East (Portfolio companies) and Executive Advisor in IV-Holdings, SAB Group and Platinum Group.
The previous 2 years he was Group CEO of SAB Holding and SAB Media and was the CEO & Publisher responsible for the successful launch of the Times & Sunday Times in the Gulf in 2007.
He is the Founder/CEO of a New Media company, i2i Group Inc, in Dubai. He was also the CEO of the Information Services & Media Group of a private equity firm (the largest company in the Middle East), based in London & Dubai.
From 1987-1999 Tariq was in Dow Jones Markets and DJ Telerate, as Regional Director, EMEA, and prior to that as Regional Director, Southern Europe, M. East & Africa, starting in Dubai.
Has a degree in Economics, studied Accountancy & attended Harvard Business School.
Tariq is also a regular presenter, moderator & panellist on radio, TV and selected conferences & seminars. He also founded Mobile Aid, a charity which uses innovative technologies to raise funds.
