With a background as a strategic planner in communications, Tim has worked in the Middle East and Europe in both the public and private sectors, with a broad range experience of encompassing roles in European Union institutions and UK Government, as well as consultancy and agency management. Educated at Cambridge and London, Tim now lives in Dubai, UAE.
